Cottage Berry Whip

This is a super yummy treat for the summer!
Almost like a sorbet, it's easy on the blood sugars and diet friendly... if you are watching that sort of thing.
The recipe comes from the book, Trim Healthy Mama.  I have really been enjoying it and the meal plan is amazing! 

Cottage Berry Whip

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 tsp. vanilla
dash stevia

Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy!

Oooh, that sounds and looks delicious. I can't wait to try it. I am very conscious of my sugar intake...I was gestational diabetic 3X. By the third pregnancy i was close to requiring insulin as glyburide was no longer cutting it. I ended up delivering early so I avoided the insulin but finger pricks 5X a day was enough to teach me that I never want to become a Type 2 diabetic. i think you've shared that you're Type 1, correct? Such a hard diagnosis, but one that requires mastery early on to lead a healthy life! Again, thanks for the recipe!!! I'll be making it soon.
